In celebration of love, join us for a 2 hour partner yoga special class as we explore the foundational blocks of any relationship: trust, balance, communication and shared goals. Expect to make shapes with a partner, get into a series of partner-assisted poses or just simply have fun doing something together! The aim of this workshop is to leave you both glowing with joy and gratitude and feeling a sense of bliss. This class is suitable for all ages and levels of practice, including those with tight hamstrings and shoulders.
