retreat Intention

The overarching intention of this retreat is rooted in the central concept of yoga: living in a way that is deliberate and considered. It aims to sow the seeds and offer practical tools to gain greater awareness into the ways we lead our lives and how they affect ourselves and others, from our closest relative to a distant stranger.

A life lived of choice is a life of conscious action. A life lived of chance is a life of unconscious creation.
– Neale Donald Walsch
